Written space: 210 mm x 140 mm 26 lines. ¶ Long lines. Dry-point ruling, double bounding lines at outer margins, single at gutter, text lines ruled across gutter prickings at outer bounding lines. text above top line

Schrift und Hände

Early 10c littera carolina. One hand, except part of f. 76r (insular), 76v-77r.

Buchschmuck

  • 7-line pen-decorated initials ff. 1v and 2r (simple plaitwork, in brown, red, and yellowish tan);
  • titulus in square capitals (one uncial E), 1st and 3rd lines red;
  • first line of text in uncials.
  • Decoration similar to that of Köln, Dombibl. 75 (9c mid., written at Köln).
