[1], i2 (two singles, originally part of following quire), ii6 (with two previous leaves, was originally i8; signature "I" on 8v), iii-vii8, viii8-2 (lacks two at end, no text missing but quire signature "VII" is missing; end of Matthew), ix1+8 (one added at front with portrait of Mark), x-xii8, xiii4 (1st single, glued to second; end of Mark on 3rd recto; 4th single with portrait of Luke), xiv8-1 (lacks one at front, perhaps missing a leaf which contained preface and capitula), xv-xx8, xxi6-1 (lacks one after 2nd; end of Luke), xxii8 (8+1-1?; 1st single with portrait of John; 8th also single, stub after 1st, perhaps missing a leaf which contained preface and capitula), xxiii-xxvi8, xxvii6-2 (lacks leaves after 3rd and last; 3rd has outer column and part of lower margin excised, apparently after numeration of folia; no loss to main text), [1]. Quire signatures II-VI (iii-vii) for Matthew; VIII-XI (ix-xii) and II-IIII erased (x-xii) for Mark; I-VIII (xiv-xxi) for Luke; no signatures for John.

Written space: 255-270 mm x 158-179 mm (inner column 68-78 mm , outer column 58-69 mm wide, 32 mm between columns). 34 lines, except 33 lines on ff. 99-151 (quires xv-xxi), and 35 lines ff. 153-159 (quire xxii). 2 columns. Dry-point ruling, double bounding lines for each column prickings at outer bounding line. text above top line. Abbreviated Gospel titles as running titles.
