Dry-point ruling, double bounding lines (3 lines between columns), top and bottom text lines go to edge of page and across gutter prickings in outer margin, variously either near bounding line or edge of page or in middle of margin. text above top line

  • first words of individual capitula in rustic capitals up through f. 25v and occasionally thereafter.
