  • tituli in alternate lines of red and black square capitals f. 2v, mixed majuscules 113r;
  • 1st four lines in red uncials, f. 2v;
  • book tituli in red rustic capitals ff. 23r, 51v, 73r, and in red uncials f. 141r;
  • 2-line orange initials and tituli in orange minuscules f. 1r.

Geschichte der Handschrift

Herkunft
"Codex sancti petri sub pio patre hildebaldo scriptus" (9c, f. 2r; now erased, reading by Jaffé-Wattenbach, p. 24; same as ex libris in other Köln mss.); see also Com. on 1st text, f. 1r-2r).

Original ms. extant as quires xi-xxii (ff. 78-167) is dated by Jones to c.805, part supplied by quires i-x (ff. 2-77) is dated by Jones to 805-819, still during time of Hildebald (Hildebaldan ex libris erased, f. 2r).
